What I collect

• Details you enter in the quote form: name, phone number, email, job location, job details and any photos you choose to upload.
• If you accept analytics cookies: anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location (country or region).

Why I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract.
• To carry out and invoice work you have agreed to. The legal basis is performance of a contract and legal obligations such as tax records.
• To understand how the website is used, only where you have given consent.

Who I share it with

I do not sell your data or use it for marketing. It is shared only with service providers that run this website and its form (website hosting and form handling), my accountant where needed for tax purposes, and Google Analytics if you consent to analytics cookies. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for 6 years to meet Revenue requirements.

Cookies

This site stores your cookie choice in your browser so the banner is not shown again. If you click Accept analytics, Google Analytics sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that last up to 2 years. If you click Reject, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer of the home page.

This site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are encrypted in transit and access is limited to me.
