I'm Ronan, and I run a one-man concrete cutting business from Gorey. When you ring, you talk to me. When the quote is accepted, I'm the one who turns up and does the cutting.
I started out on sites around Wexford and Wicklow and saw how often a job was held up waiting on a cutting contractor. I set up on my own to give builders, farmers and homeowners someone local they can rely on: a clear price, a fixed day, and a clean job.
I cut for extensions and renovations, farm sheds and slatted units, shop fit-outs, and main contractors who need openings made without fuss.

Often, yes. For smaller jobs like core holes or a single opening, photos plus the thickness and rough size are usually enough for a fixed price. Larger or awkward jobs get a site visit first.
Yes. Openings in load-bearing walls are cut to your engineer's design, with propping in place before cutting starts. If you do not have an engineer yet, ask and I can tell you what they will need to know.
Very little dust. Cutting is done wet, or with on-tool extraction, to keep silica dust down. The water leaves a slurry, which is cleaned up before I leave, and the area is protected first.
Yes, by arrangement. Out-of-hours cutting suits shops, offices and live sites where noise needs to be kept away from working hours.
Cut sections can be lifted out and stacked on site, or broken out ready for removal. This is agreed in the quote, so you know what to expect on the day.
Choose the service, fill in the details and add a few photos if you can. I will come back with a price, usually within one working day.
